ABAITA is an all-inclusive rental:

Check-in starts at 16:00. Check-out is by 10:00 on departure day. 

You'll receive a personal door code shortly before arrival — it’s valid only during your stay and activates/deactivates automatically.

Yes. There is a private parking space for up to two cars, directly in front of the house.

ABAITA also has a private EV charging station. Let us know in advance, and we’ll prepare the RFID chip for you. It will be waiting inside the house next to the entrance.

ABAITA has high-speed 150 Mbps fibre-optic internet, with extenders throughout the house and garden to ensure strong coverage — even in the upstairs lounge and on the terrace.

Is ABAITA work-friendly? Yes!

 There’s a dedicated workspace upstairs with a desk and a field view.

 The strong Wi-Fi makes working from any area — including the garden — comfortable. 

ABAITA is in Zerpenschleuse, about 40–50 minutes north of Berlin by car. It's part of a holiday community near a marina, fields, forests, and the Schorfheide biosphere reserve.
